2. On the day of the exam:
Candidates must present their original passport, which matches the registration information and meets these requirements, during the identity verification process. Failure to present a valid original passport will result in disqualification from the exam, and the exam fee will not be refunded.
V. Document Renewal and Change
If a passport is lost, replaced, or has its information changed after registration, candidates must submit an “Information Correction Application Form” through the officially designated channel before the admission ticket is generated , along with the following materials:
• A clear scan of the information page of your new passport.
• A scanned copy of the information page of the old passport (if it is for renewal/renewal) or a police report issued by the competent administrative authority (if it is for loss).
All applications will undergo rigorous review to ensure the continuity and authenticity of identity information. Once approved, the relevant information will be updated in the registration system.
Important Note:
Candidates must keep their passports safe and ensure that the documents remain valid throughout the registration, examination, marking, and result announcement processes. If your passport is about to expire, please be sure to renew it in advance to avoid affecting your examination.
